Bond Estates buys at Crewe Business Park

The investment arm of HW Coates has bought the 20,000 sq ft Electra House, the second building at the park traded this summer.

Legat Owen, which in July sold the similar-sized Emperor Court to Radius Payment Solutions for £3m on behalf of IGP Investments, represented vendor PAGG Properties. The deal price was undisclosed.

Tenants at the multi-let building include Medtrade Products and Alan Boyd Consultants, along with flexible space operator Corspace.

Brian Reay, director of PAGG Properties, said: “Electra House is a prime example of high quality office space designed to allow businesses to expand and grow.

“We would like to thank Andy Butler and the Legat Owen team for negotiating the sale and for their dedication over the many years of managing the property.”

Reay was property director at Pochin’s before setting up PAGG, which acquired Electra House in 2017 from that business.

Richard Perry, managing director at Bond Estates added: “Crewe Business Park presents a thriving commercial estate in an excellent location and we are delighted to add Electra House to our growing property portfolio.”

Bond Estates was unrepresented.
