Blueoak Estates appoints commercial director

Michael Bryce, formerly commercial director at Morris Homes, has been appointed to the same role at developer Blueoak Estates.

He joins the Chester-based company with more than 20 years’ of property experience. The last 16 he spent at Morris Homes, and prior to that was chief surveyor for Bovis Homes.

Bryce said of his appointment: “It’s an exciting time to be joining Blueoak Estates as they continue to expand across the North West region. There are lots of opportunities coming our way and I’m looking forward to working for a homebuilder who offer a more bespoke touch.

“I will be embedding myself in the main areas of growth at Blueoak and hope to play a key role in strengthening the business.”
