Bloor Homes acquires former industrial site for residential

Bloor Homes has paid £4m for a 4.3-acre site in Dukinfield, Cheshire, buying the site from paper machine supplier William Kenyon & Sons.

The house-builder is now on site constructing 85 homes ranging from two-bed apartments to semi-detached and detached family homes.

Lambert Smith Hampton advised on the sale of the site between Highfield Street and Railway Street, and helped re-model Kenyon's commercial premises adjoining the plot.
