Bilsdale signs new tenants to The Parks

Bilsdale Properties has let three office suites at The Parks, Haydock, expanding the presence of existing occupier Allay Insurance, and welcoming construction company Robertson and Aero Metals Alliance.

Allay Insurance has taken an additional 5,700 sq ft in Unit 6, and renewed its lease of 3,500 sq ft within Unit 7, taking the company’s total occupancy to 9,250 sq ft.

This follows on from recent lettings to construction, infrastructure and support services firm, Robertson, which took the whole of Unit 3, comprising 4,000 sq ft, and Aero Metals Alliance in 1,600 sq ft of Unit 4.

The Parks, situated at junction 23 of the M6, totals 120,000 sq ft of office accommodation in 15 self-contained buildings. The new occupiers join commercial auctioneer, Pugh, specialist equipment hire provider, Speedy, Arrow Communications, Lorum Europe, Allay Insurance, Intrinsic Technology, Seneca Partners and two solicitors firms, Halsall and Woodward.

Richard Wharton, director at JLL, said: “There’s currently a healthy demand for out of town office accommodation in the North West, however supply remains relatively low. The recent deals are an example of the strong opportunities for landlords able to bring quality refurbished stock to market while the pace of development in the region picks up speed.”

Joint letting agents at The Parks are JLL and BE Group.
