Beyond Corporate recruits partner

Hannah Al-Shaghana has been named partner at the North West-based practice, with an eye to bolstering its real estate team.

Al-Shaghana brings more than 14 years of experience in real estate to the firm and is well-versed in acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, and landlord and tenant transactions. She has worked with corporations, pension schemes, and entrepreneurs.

She has joined Beyond Corporate Law from Slater Heelis, where she was also a partner and worked within the corporate property sector.

Beyond Corporate advised on the construction of 1,700 hotel bedrooms and 600 care home beds and received instructions on more than 1,200 residential within the past year.
