Beva completes £2.5m Greenvale unit sale

Beva Investments has sold an industrial unit at Greenvale Business Park in Littleborough, Greater Manchester, to Ken Mills Engineering for £2.5m.
Lambert Smith Hampton was joint agent with WHR and Barton Kendal for Unit 9, which has 40,304 sq ft of floor space.
A further 40,000 sq ft at the park, where unit sizes range from 5,000 sq ft to 25,000 sq ft, is currently under offer.
