BCSC rolls out celebrities for conference launch
A number of sporting and showbiz celebrities will be attending the opening party for the British Council of Shopping Centres annual conference in Liverpool this afternoon.
Among those joining guests at the Monday Tea Party, in the Galleria at the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool will be Liverpool FC legends Phil Thompson, John Aldridge and Alan Kennedy, former world boxing champion John Conteh, Olympic medal winner (Boxing, Beijing) David Price, TV presenter and model Danielle Lloyd, TV presenter and actress (60 Minute Make-over) Terri Dwyer.
The BCSC conference runs until Wednesday and is attended by 3,000 retail professionals from agents to fund managers and tenants. It is the first time the annual conference has been held in Liverpool.
