Barnfield starts Agecroft industrial for Alden Green

Alden Green, a Rossendale-based development and investment company, has started construction of a 20,000 sq ft speculative industrial scheme at Agecroft Commerce Park, Salford.

The site is being constructed by Barnfield and early interest is already being shown in the development. The sole agents are Nolan Redshaw.

Paul Nolan, director of Nolan Redshaw, said: “This is an exciting speculative development, it is just what the market and the area need.

“It is the first true speculative scheme in Salford for a number of years.”
