Aviva puts Sunlight up for sale
The APIA regional office fund managed by Aviva Investors has appointed agent Joiner Cummings to sell the 130,000 sq ft office block in Quay Street close to Spinningfields.
The asking price is understood to be £28.5m. Warner Estate Holdings paid £40m for the building in 2005. Warner collapsed in the summer and many of its assets were picked up by Aviva.
Traveljigsaw agreed a five-year lease for nearly half the building earlier this year following a refurbishment.
OBI Property, DTZ and Canning O'Neill are the letting agents.
That must be more than 130,000 sq ft!!!

I imagine Doctor Who would live somewhere like that when not tardis-ing all over the space-time continuum…
