The Place North MIPIM 2025 Preview is a chance to hear from senior leaders and learn how you can get involved in Place’s exciting new plans for MIPIM 2025 – including discounted MIPIM tickets, UK stage panel sessions, and video opportunities.

Speakers at the preview include Salford City Council chief executive Tom Stannard, Muse North West managing director Phil Marsden, and Place North managing partner Dino Moutsopoulos.

The event starts at 4:30pm at Eden in Salford, with the sustainable office block serving as the perfect backdrop to discuss the North’s future ambitions.

That will be Place’s focus at MIPIM, the international property convention held in Cannes in March. We have partnered with MIPIM organiser RX to spotlight the North of England, with opportunities for local authorities and their joint venture partners in the private sector to elevate themselves at the conference and showcase what the North has to offer.

Place North’s dedicated MIPIM stand in the UK Hub will highlight the North’s £340bn economy, increased devolution powers, and 15 million-strong population. We will focus on the investment sites, the groundbreaking regeneration projects, and the region’s stellar development opportunities.
