Assura FD builds stake

Jonathan Murphy, finance director of the listed healthcare property investor, started the New Year by doubling his holding in the business.
Murphy spent £38,000 on 100,000 shares on 2 January, the one-year anniversary of his arrival at the business from fund manager Brooks Macdonald.
Following the transaction, Murphy has 200,000 shares, representing 0.04% of the company's issued share capital.
Assura has a property portfolio valued at £651m.
