Ask submits plans for Liberty

Ask Life has submitted plans for the second phase of its Liberty residential scheme at St Petersfield in Ashton under Lyne, Tameside.

The site of the former Ashton fire station on Hodgson Street will be built out with 90 apartments.

Prices for Liberty II will start from around £110,000 and Ask Life, a subsidiary of Ask Developments, is offering assistance to first time buyers with its Life Support scheme, which allows purchasers to split the cost of their deposit across several months.

If plans are granted for the second phase, work is expected to start on this in autumn 2008.
