Ask rolls out next phase of Urmston flats

Ask Life will launch the second phase of its apartment scheme in Urmston, Manchester, later this month following the rapid sale of phase one.

Phase two will comprise 80 apartments, seven of which are shared ownership. The first phase, which sold out in less than two hours, contained 56 apartments plus eight for shared ownership.

Sales will begin for a reserve list on 13 April with the remainder going to market on 20 April. The apartments range from around £115,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to £150,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

The residential element is part of Ask's redevelopment of Urmston town centre with a new 50,000 sq ft Sainsbury's food store, a new library and two dozen new shops.
