Ask picks two for Exchange Greengate

Ask Developments has chosen DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield as letting agents on 500,000 sq ft of offices at Exchange Greengate in Salford.

The overall project, a joint venture with Network Rail, will contain 3m sq ft of missed-use space. The first 180 flats and 150,000 sq ft of office are due to go to planning later this year.

DTZ and Cushwake beat CB Richard Ellis, Edwards & Co, Lambert Smith Hampton and P3 Property Consultants to the work.
