Ask picks CBRE for First Street

Ask Developments has appointed CB Richard Ellis to lease the 180,000 sq ft No 1 First Street in Manchester city centre.
CB Richard Ellis was instructed to work alongside Savills on the letting of the grade A office building, due to be completed in December.
The overall First Street development will comprise 1.5m sq ft of office space, 1m sq ft of residential space and 500,000 sq ft of leisure and retail around a 300m-long street.
John Ogden, director of office agency at CBRE, said: "This landmark building marks the beginning of a new vision for the area and the overall masterplan comprises over 20 acres of prime mixed-use development land."
