Ask maintains St Petersfield momentum with Liberty

Ask Life, the residential subsidiary of Ask Developments, has won planning permission for the second phase of its Liberty scheme at St Petersfield, Ashton-under-Lyne.

The new phase will feature 92 apartments on the site of the former Ashton fire station on Hodgson Street.

Prices start from around £99,950 and Ask said the first phase of 72 flats is selling well in the under-served Tameside town.

Ask Life recently opened a marketing suite on Stamford Street West. Ryder & Dutton are sales agents.

St Petersfield is a mixed-use regeneration project in the centre of the town, which has already attracted several office occupiers.
