Apprentice joins WHR Property Consultants

WHR Property Consultants has appointed an apprentice surveyor to join its industrial department.

Jack Weatherlit will be working alongside Mike Rooney, who heads up the firm's five-strong team.

Rooney said: "We are seeing very exciting changes in the industrial market with developers looking at speculative development again.

"Coupled with the increase in demand from occupiers, these changes will have a very positive effect on the market and as we are appointed on many of the most high profile and important schemes in the region, we recognised the need for additional support.

"Jack's appointment will enabling us to focus our efforts on delivering the high level service our clients have come to expect from us."

WHR now employs 26 people at its Manchester city centre office.
