Anderton Gables hires dilaps expert

Dilapidations specialist John MacMillan has joined Anderton Gables, the Preston and Manchester-based project and building consultancy.

MacMillan has 15 years’ industry experience in technical advisory matters including dilapidations claims of up to £10m and pre-acquisition building surveys of individual properties and portfolio transactions of up to £50m.

Anderton Gables’ client roster includes BAE Systems, Trafford Housing Trust, Boohoo.com, Manchester Airport Group, Travis Perkins and Places for People.

MacMillan joins from Rider Levett Bucknall’s Sheffield office and previously spent 12 years with Gerald Eve in Manchester.
