Altius upsizes in Preston
The business broker has relocated to the 10,000 sq ft Eaves Brook House close to the city’s docklands after buying the building from Your Housing Group.
Altius Group acquired the three-storey Navigation Way building for an undisclosed sum and has appointed Concept Construction Projects to refurbish its new headquarters.
The refurbishment is due to complete at the start of October.
The company is relocating from a 3,000 sq ft office at Tustin Court on Port Way to the larger Eaves Brook House as it bids to grow its team from 60 to more than 100.
