Alliance signs four tenants to Fairbairn Buildings

Property Alliance Group has completed four small lettings totalling 12,000 sq ft in the refurbished Fairbairn Buildings on Sackville Street, acquired from Manchester University.

Corus UK, Reid Architects, Studio Liddell and Blue Sky Careers have each leased 3,000 sq ft at the building. In October, public relations firm Golley Slater moved into a 2,088 sq ft office.

Dominic Pozzoni, director, Property Alliance Group, said: "Fairbairn has undergone a sensitive restoration project to maintain its original timber beam and exposed brickwork features, with additional high quality finishes being implemented. We are delighted to have attracted these companies to the building and are now seeking to let the last remaining floor."
