Alliance sells third industrial unit at St Helens park
Property Alliance Group has sold the largest unit at its recently refurbished industrial estate, Abbotsfield Park in St Helens, to local company Springfield.
The manufacturer of portable accommodation has taken 42,000 sq ft at a sale price equivalent to £45/sq ft. Springfield joins occupiers Rutland House Veterinary Hospital and EFG Matthews.
Oliver Moorhouse of Property Alliance Group said: "Abbotsfield Park has been a hugely successful development for us, with a third occupier now signed up, we are left with the two smallest units on the scheme which comprise 25,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft."
The remaining units have recently been refurbished and are immediately available on a leasehold or sale basis.
