Agents appointed on Preston Brook office

Cushman & Wakefield and Legat Owen have been appointed as joint agents for a two-storey 8,650 sq ft office building at Abbots Park in Preston Brook.

The self-contained building on the edge of the M56 was formerly home to energy company Flow Group, which is consolidating into group premises in Capenhurst.

Located on the A56, Abbots Park is close to junction 11 of the M56 with Runcorn East train station a mile away.

Jonathan Baucher, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We are delighted to be bringing this opportunity to the market on behalf of the Flow Group. At a time where there remains an imbalance of supply and demand in the local market, the disposal prospects remain extremely favourable – evidenced by the fact that the rest of the business park is fully occupied.

“In 2014, Cushman & Wakefield represented Teva on the acquisition of the neighbouring building so we are fully aware of the benefits of the scheme to occupiers.”
