Accrington Homebase store sold to Bramall Properties

Bramall Properties has bought a Homebase store in Hyndburn Road, Accrington, from Axa Real Estate Investment Managers for £3.9m – a net initial yield of 7.25%.
The property is let to Homebase for a further 19 years at £9.50/sq ft. Atisreal acted for the purchaser; Wilkinson Williams advised the vendor.
