Account wins drive recruitment at Roland Dransfield

Manchester-based property public relations consultancy, Roland Dransfield PR, has expanded its team to manage six new accounts.

Jill Dobson joins as account manager from Mitchell Halton Watson in Newcastle and Hannah Emerson joins from Leeds University as a PR assistant, taking the team to 13.

RDPR won a three-way pitch to secure a contract with developer Argent to promote its North West portfolio, including the £250m Piccadilly Place mixed-use development in Manchester. Other account wins include developers Metier and Targetfollow, urban regeneration company West Lakes Renaissance, investment manager Braemar Group, and Partners4LIFT, which builds purpose-built health, social and community facilities.

Norwich-based Targetfollow appointed RPDR to handle the on-going public relations campaign for the £100m regeneration of Stockport's family leisure destination, Grand Central. Activity for Wilmslow-based Braemar Group is aimed at raising awareness of its expanding property management division and launching a series of new investment funds to consumers and independent financial advisers.

Lisa Morton, founder and managing director of Roland Dransfield, said: "The business is enjoying a very successful year and winning the Argent account was a major coup for RDPR."
