Cushman appoints Allsop as partner in Manchester

Sally Allsop has joined the firm’s valuation and advisory team from Cluttons.

Allsop spent four and a half years as an associate at Cluttons before departing to join Cushman & Wakefield as a partner this month.

She began her career in the public sector at Derbyshire County Council and also spent close to six years as a senior surveyor at LSH.

Based out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office, Allsop will work within the firm’s North West valuation and advisory team, led by Chad Davies, advising clients on industrial, office and retail valuations.

The pair worked together previously at LSH.

Chad Davies, head of UK regions, valuations and advisory at Cushman & Wakefield: “I am really pleased to welcome Sally to our Manchester office, another important hire as our team goes from strength to strength.

“Sally and I previously worked together and I know the value she will bring to our clients, while her experience and connections with lenders and property companies in the North West will be a real boost as we continue to grow.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Valuation & Advisory team comprises sector specialists who provide data-led advice and commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions to support clients.

Allsop said: “I am thrilled to join such a reputable team at Cushman & Wakefield, and I’m excited to contribute to the growth of the commercial valuation team. I look forward to providing high-quality, reliable advisory services and collaborating with the team to deliver value to clients across the North West.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s UK valuation and advisory team advises on approximately £400bn worth of assets annually.
