101 Princess Street sold for £5.6m

Hudson Real Estate has sold the grade two-listed mixed-use building in Manchester city centre to a group of private investors for £5.6m.

The seven storey block, which was previously a cotton mill, totals 40,000 sq ft of offices.

There are also two nightclubs, Satans Hollow and Cruz 101, in the basement and ground floor.

Hudson was advised by CBRE, while Metis Real Estate represented the purchasers.

Three of the office floors have been recently refurbished to allow for open plan uses, but a wider refurbishment programme will now be undertaken across the building.
