Stephen Cliff, founder of Vision Developments Picture special: YEP Manchester property breakfast
The inaugural Manchester Young Entrepreneurs in Property breakfast seminar took place at Halliwells' offices in Spinningfields in March. Over 70 of Manchester's finest up-and-coming property professionals braved the early start to hear two talks from Stephen Cliff of Vision Developments and Darren Switzer of GDP Funding.

Cliff talked about his strategy for survival and why Vision is on the acquisition trail despite the challenging market conditions. He also said if you've got money, now may be the time to invest and said there were reasons to be optimistic about the market as a whole.
