Worthington Owen open for business

The commercial property consultancy launched earlier this month by former CBRE director Mark Worthington and Mason Owen director Andrew Owen has set up an office in Liverpool’s Exchange Flags.

Worthington was director and head of office agency at CBRE in Manchester, and handed in his notice last month in order to set up his own consultancy in Liverpool, where he was previously based for 15 years until his move to Manchester last August.

Shortly afterwards he was joined by Owen, who was director of business space at Mason Owen for the majority of his property career after joining the company in 1997. Owen specialises in office and industrial agency and valuations.

Worthington Owen’s client list includes Standard Life, Royal London, Hudson Advisors, Downing, Invel Real Estate, Schroders, Grosvenor, Mordril and Arrowcroft.

Worthington said: “We believe there is a gap in the Liverpool commercial property market for an energetic yet experienced firm able to offer innovative and truly independent advice to both landlord and occupier clients.”
