Orbit buys in Warrington

Orbit Developments, under the subsidiary company North West Portfolio, has bought two office buildings at Daten Park in Birchwood from Praxis Asset Management for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase included Progress House, a 10,923 sq ft office building recently let in its entirety to Eriks Industrial Services on a 15-year lease, and Innovation House which is an 8,587 sq ft refurbished office building.

BE Group acted for Orbit, and Finn & Company acted on behalf of Praxis. BE Group is the letting agent on both buildings.

Simon Roddam, associate director at BE Group, said: “This investment purchase compliments our client’s growing Warrington portfolio, in what is becoming one of the region’s most consistent performing commercial markets.

“BE Group also worked closely with Eriks in the letting of Progress House which is now established as their regional technology campus. The neighbouring Innovation House is refurbished and ready for immediate occupation located little over a mile from J11 of the M62.”
