Metis hire brings headcount to 10
Metis Real Estate Advisors, the independent retail, leisure and investment agency, has recruited Tom Powell as leisure director after eight years at JLL.
Powell will advise developers, landlords and occupier clients. He will also work with Metis’s investment team, led by Jonathan Mills, to provide asset management advice to clients. Clients Powell will work alongside include Trilogy Property and Bride Hall Real Estate.
Powell will work with leisure specialists Dan Davies and Suzanne Wainwright at the Manchester-based practice.
Metis’ instructions include Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE, Manchester Arndale for M&G Real Estate and Intu Properties, and the Corn Exchange in Manchester on behalf of Queensberry and Aviva Investors.
Metis was established in spring 2015 and now employs 10 staff.
