Flooring firm in at Hurricane Court

Gladman Developments has secured a 6,100 sq ft letting at Hurricane Court within Liverpool International Business Park.

QA Flooring Solutions has leased Unit 2 on a five-year term. The company supplies flooring, underlays and accessories to the flooring industry, particularly flooring retailers and contractors.

QA Flooring Solutions is relocating from Widnes having outgrown its existing accommodation.

Hurricane Court provides a range of office units in the centre of Liverpool International Business Park, which is located near to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Five units totaling 16,800 sq ft remain available at Hurricane Court.

CBRE is joint agent with Hitchcock Wright & Partners and the occupier was unrepresented.
