Elan Homes in land hunt

The residential developer is searching for plots in the Merseyside area of between one and 20 acres, following the success of its Carnatic Court development in South Liverpool.

Elan’s 16-home scheme is almost completely sold out, with all but one of the homes, a five-bedroom property valued at £429,995, now sold.

The niche developer, which has its northern headquarters in Ellesmere Port, said that it is hoping to build on the success of its properties in L18 and at Thornton Cross, near Crosby, by acquiring further sites in the wider Merseyside area.

Help to Buy equity loans are available for Elan properties.

Richard Dean, land acquisition director for Elan Homes, says: “We consider land from one to 20 acres, with or without planning consent, anywhere in the North West. There’s no set criteria as to the sort of land we would consider developing as each site is carefully assessed on its merits.”

Anyone with land available with development potential is invited to contact Elan via the website.

Elan is based in Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port, and was formed in 2008.

Ask Liverpool City Council will they give you the rest of Camp Hill in Woolton – surprised they haven’t given Elan a call.
