Church takes Link House office

Goldwall Property Company has agreed an 11,000 sq ft letting to Bury Freedom Church in Link House.

The church has taken the space, which is set across two floors, on a 10-year lease.

The rental has been agreed at a market level.

Previously occupied by Bury College, Link House is located on the corner of Walmersley Road, close to The Rock Shopping Centre.

Nolan Redshaw represented Goldwall.

Paul Nolan, director and head of agency at Nolan Redshaw, said: “It is great to have achieved such an excellent result on what is the largest office letting in the town, since our transaction at The Exchange in January which was circa 9,500 sq ft.”
