SEGRO signs Eddie Stobart to Heywood

Logistics giant Eddie Stobart has signed a three-year deal to occupy M2, a 103,095 sq ft unit on SEGRO's Heywood Distribution Park near Rochdale.
Eddie Stobart took the space after securing an extension to an existing contract with household toiletries manufacturer Robert McBride Group.
The joint agents on Heywood Distribution Park are King Sturge and Savills. GVA Grimley represented Eddie Stobart.
