Halton markets contractor framework
9 Sep 2010, 18:11
Halton Housing Trust is planning to spend up to £28.4m on construction maintenance over the next four years.
The registered social landlord, which has 6,100 homes, is currently advertising for firms to sit on the new panel to maintain its stock. As well as updating and repairing properties the framework will cover external work such as landscaping.
Halton said an additional £30m of work could be awarded through the four-year framework to RSLs other than itself.
