Selbourne agrees office deal in Altrincham

Cheshire-based developer, Selbourne Group, has signed training provider Seetec as a new tenant at Mansion House.
Seetec agreed a five-year lease on 1,400 sq ft at £12.50/sq ft. Selbourne Group also owns Roberts House and Trafalgar House in Altrincham.
Trafalgar House, the original purchase of the three, was acquired more than 15 years ago and is set undergo an extensive refurbishment this year.
Michael de Massey, head of Selbourne Group, said: "This letting shows deals are still being done if quality accommodation is sensibly priced. We pride ourselves on being a very hands on, approachable landlord with a long term commitment to our tenants."
Canning O'Neill, Regional Property Solutions and WHR are the retained joint letting agents.
