PH buys in Cheshire
8 Sep 2010, 10:55
Knutsford-based developer PH Property Holdings has acquired two sites in Prestbury, Cheshire; Butley Hall and a two-acre plot on Heybridge Lane.
The Heybridge Lane site was bought for £1.9m from an undisclosed vendor. Subject to planning permission, PH will develop two high-end homes valued at £3.5m apiece that will each boast an acre of land.
PH paid £1.4m for Butley Hall, a listed building near the town centre, and plans to convert the building into town houses and apartments, including two luxury penthouses.
Building is expected to commence in the New Year, with a planned completion date of spring 2012. Each unit is expected to sell for between £450,000 and £900,000.
