Grimleys advises on freehold sale in St John Street
31 Aug 2010, 16:05
St John Medical Associates has sold one of the only freehold buildings available on St John Street in Manchester city centre for £910,000.
Healthworks bought the Edwardian three storey self-contained office, totalling 3,524 sq ft, which is Grade 2-listed and includes car parking for up to eight cars.
Ian Steele, director at GVA Grimley, who advised on the freehold sale, said: "St John Street is consistently recognised as a prime location in the city for legal, medical and professional services and, as a consequence, occupiers who choose to locate to this area are prepared to pay a premium. This deal confirms the continual high levels of demand for property in this particular street."
