Digital satellite equipment installer First Line Digital has taken the entire 2,600 sq ft second floor of Viscount House Business Centre on River Lane in Saltney, near Chester.
Mike Davies, managing director for First Line Digital, said: "First Line Digital have been established in Saltney for many years and our recent expansion has demanded both increased and better quality office accommodation. Viscount House Business Centre was the obvious location for us given that our main headquarters and warehousing have always been located at the Borders Industrial Park half a mile further down River Lane."
The company has contracts with Sky and Eaga delivering both Sky services and the Digital Switchover Help Scheme.
Tom Creer, from Beresford Adams Commercial, which acted on behalf of the landlord, Stockport-based Condie Investments, said: "Having taken the decision and the significant investment to go down the business centre route, I am very pleased we have been able to secure such a significant anchor tenant for our clients."
Viscount House is a three-storey office building offering accommodation up to 8,000 sq ft.
Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
Legat Owen and Fairhurst Estates are joint agents on the building.
