Developer Dandara has sold the 1,958 sq ft block 4 office unit at its mixed use development Spectrum in Salford for an undisclosed sum.
The deal with private investment company Sisi Investments means seven commercial units have now been sold at Spectrum in total, comprising 15,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation.
Sisi Investments is moving from an office in Eccles.
Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ, which acted on behalf of Dandara in the sale of block 4, said: "The number of transactions we have been able to conclude at Spectrum is testament to the quality of the accommodation developed. The most recent deals demonstrate that the owner occupier market is alive and well and discerning occupiers are still actively seeking high quality opportunities."
This latest deal leaves one self contained unit available, block 2 comprising 1,958 sq ft, which DTZ said is available at a price of £200/sq ft.
Spectrum provides 578 apartments and eight commercial properties and is part of Ask Developments' 32-acre Greengate development project, on the edge of Salford.
