Hammerson signs toy retailer in St Helens

Smyths Toys has signed a 15-year lease on a 20,000 sq ft store at Ravenhead Retail Park in St Helens.
The 300,000 sq ft park on the St Helens Linkway is owned by Hammerson and anchored by B&Q.
Smyths will open its store on 3 May. Savills and Morgan Williams advised Hammerson. Smyths was represented by Thompson Heaney.
