Michelle Taylor, regional director of leading developer St Modwen, has been confirmed as a speaker at Place's forthcoming Retail Property Briefing.

Taylor leads a development team that has retail schemes on site or planned in Manchester, Liverpool, Widnes, Skelmersdale and North Wales among others in the region. She will present to delegates at the free half-day event in Liverpool on 27 April about the retail development perspective in the current market.

Alongside Taylor on the expert panel will be John Holmes, head of planning at law firm Hill Dickinson, and Peter Burke, director at surveyors Mason Owen.

There will also be a presentation from the knowledge and research team at the British Council of Shopping Centres presenting their Secondary Centres report findings.

Place North West is hosting its second Retail Property Development Briefing in association with Hill Dickinson and the British Council of Shopping Centres.

The event on 27 April at No.1 St Paul's Square in Liverpool will run from 1pm until 5pm, starting with a buffet lunch and networking before the first presentation at 2pm.
