Two office deals have been reported at Matrix Park in Chorley, Lancashire.
3D Marketing Group has taken 2,474 sq ft unit C3 on plot 1100 on a three year lease and public relations agency The Write Angle has bought a 2,474 sq ft office, complete with ten parking spaces, on plot 1200 for an undisclosed sum.
Ian Smith, of 3D Marketing Group, said: "We are delighted to be moving to our new head office on Matrix Park. As part of our on-going growth strategy, we were looking for a location that would be pleasant to work in and that customers and staff could get to easily. Matrix Park fulfils both criteria."
Adrian Lewis, development director at Harrow, the commercial development arm of Redrow, added: "Given the state of the market this is a fantastic achievement. We have worked hard to secure occupiers for Matrix Park and its credentials have enabled it to continue to thrive despite the current conditions within the property market."
Matrix Park forms part of the 400-acre Buckshaw Village project, which is a mixed use development by Redrow and Barratt Commercial.
There are opportunities for a further five acres of development across plots 1400 and 1500 and planning has been obtained for a 43,863 sq ft landmark office building at the junction of Dawson Road and the A49 Wigan Road.
Richard Wharton, of King Sturge, agents on the scheme, said: "As one of Chorley's most prestigious business developments with quality of accommodation and location at its heart, Matrix Park enjoys a formidable reputation which has been reflected in the rate of take up at the scheme."
DTZ is joint agent on the scheme.
