Ask Developments has secured a lease agreement with independent car park operator Q-Park on its 20-acre First Street scheme.
Q-Park has signed a lease to manage and operate the 220-space car park, alongside three smaller car parks comprising 500 spaces.
The main car park will provide car parking for the 180,000 sq ft Number One First Street. The three other car parks will be for public use.
Peter Skelton, head of Lambert Smith Hampton's Manchester office, which acted on behalf of Q-Park, said: "First Street is one of the most significant schemes currently underway in Manchester and will become a new gateway to the city centre.
"The car park itself forms a vital part of the development and will meet current and future demand for office workers, shoppers and visitors of nearby attractions including Manchester Central, Bridgewater Hall and the Palace Theatre."
Q-Park already operates the 225-space Piazza car park in Manchester city centre.
Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
