The developer has reported a series of deals at The City Works in Openshaw, east Manchester.
Langtree has recently completed the construction of 17 new warehouse units targeting Small Medium Enterprise's with sizes ranging from 2,663 sq ft to 5,598 sq ft.
Three units have been sold, while two units have been let and one more is about to be let.
Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, joint letting agents on the scheme, said: "With almost 45% of the scheme taken we have continued on the sound success of phase 1 where 28 units were built and are now fully occupied.
"National occupiers have been drawn to the site together with local and regional firms. They have created a thriving business estate which has established itself as a flagship industrial scheme servicing the city and east Manchester.
P3 Property Consultants are joint letting agents.
