Stobart director sells £79,950 of shares

Publicly listed haulage specialist Stobart said Ben Whawell, a director of the company, has made £79,950 from selling shares to the group.
Whawell had sold 61,500 shares of 10p each in the group at £1.30 a share in order to settle the relating tax obligation. Ben Whawell retains 97,906 shares, equivalent to approximately 0.04% of the company.
The announcement was made in accordance with the Stobart Long Term Incentive Plan.
