Intraining has taken 6,600 sq ft of office space at Hurstwood's Hurstdale House in Rawtenstall, Lancashire.
The national training company, which provides training for unemployed people to help them get back into work, has agreed to a three year lease on the new office in Rossendale Valley and moved from its previous premises at Grove House in Haslingden. It joins Training 2000 which also occupy the building.
Intraining, which has over 80 centres across the country, works closely with local councils and Job Centres.
Tony Shepherd, business manager at Intraining, said: "Following the recession, unemployment rates have risen so the number of people needing training support has increased.
"Across east Lancashire we are helping to train more than 50 people each week so we needed a bigger building, and a more central location, to base the training centre.
"We have built up a great relationship with Hurstwood as they owned our previous premises, so we didn't hesitate in using them again. They knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us move in quickly without any hassle.
"Our new offices have already made a great difference, allowing us to provide dedicated teaching rooms with modern computer suites."
Based at Navigation Business Park, Bolton, Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations.
