Andrew Gardiner has joined Jones Lang LaSalle's office agency team in Manchester after just ten weeks at Matthews & Goodman.
Gardiner replaces Richard Stokes who is moving internally to a new position within the firm's client-side corporate solutions business.
Trevor Sloan, head of office agency in Manchester, said: "Andrew will make a great addition to the team and with him on board we will continue to deliver the best service to our clients on some of the region's most prominent buildings and schemes including Belvedere, Chancery Place and Spinningfields."
Gardiner joined Matthews & Goodman in Manchester in January this year. Prior to that, he had a spell out of work having been made redundant by DTZ in May 2009, where he had spent 14 years.
He starts his new post at JLL in early April.
