Property investment seminars at One Park West

Grosvenor will be hosting a property investor afternoon at its One Park West residential development in Liverpool city centre at the end of the month.
Three seminars will be held with Grosvenor's Guy Butler, King Sturge's Steve Hogg and Martyn Green, and Matthew Carragher of Savills. Each will provide advice and discuss "the changing investment market for the North West".
Throughout the afternoon there will also be tours given of the show apartments at One Park West, located at the top of the development. The one hour seminars start from 2pm.
The property investor afternoon is being held on Friday 26 March and is part of Grosvenor's three day festival of food, fashion and investment advice, known as Open House.
