Place North West briefing on CVAs in the property sector

An expert breakfast seminar organised in association with Hill Dickinson and Beever and Struthers will take place on Wednesday 24 March in Manchester.
The event at Old Trafford Cricket Ground will bring together senior decision-makers in the property community to increase their understanding of company voluntary arrangements and their impact on the industry.
Appearing on the panel will be:
Michael Woolley, partner in property and construction, Hill Dickinson
and Charles MacMillan, corporate recovery and insolvency partner at Beever and Struthers
Presentations will focus on issues and challenges around avoiding CVAs, handling creditors in CVAs and the pros and cons of insolvency procedures.
